Brittany and Andrew’s Saskatoon Wedding

The trip to get to Saskatchewan was wild. Well, upon arriving to Pearson Airport, I got a notification that my flight to Saskatoon got cancelled at 5am! Imagine that right?! I then received another notification letting me know that the flight was rescheduled to the following day at 8:00pm.

I started panicking and immediately called my travel agent, and went to the front desk to get this sorted out. Thankfully, they were able to get me on Saskatchewan soil but they were flying me out to Regina instead. Of course, I was relived because I am the wedding photographer after all! I have to be there haha.

I arrived to Regina bright and early, rented a car and drove 2.5 hours to get to Saskatoon. The drive felt like an entirety. Saskatchewan really is flat, as most say. I met with the couple a few hours after I arrived, and they showed me around the University of Saskatchewan. The architecture was absolutely stunning! Although, the trip did not start on the right foot, it didn’t even matter because Brittany and Andrew’s wedding day was perfect. They were surrounded by all of their loved ones coming from near and far. The cherry on top to their perfect day, was the weather. It was supposed to downpour but it completely missed us. It was a sunny day with a few clouds.
